Repeated iteration number for exercise

I was writing in a response and saw the lovely update of the iterations… but iteration 11 and iteration 11 are showing, even after I click on the iterations.

After refresh of the page, it “deduped” OK.

Just thought I would mention it.

Prevent duplicate rendering of iterations from channel
