Request for new track: Futhark

I’d like to propose a new language track: Futhark.
The Futhark language is a high-performance, purely functional, data-parallel array programming language.

Its syntax is mostly Python-like, but has some bits of Haskell in there too.

I’m planning on help builid the track, but I’d welcome others joining in!
