Skipping Tests in the C# CLI

Exercism’s documentation for C# CLI testing states that only the first test on a given exercise is enabled by default, but I haven’t observed that anywhere. Is this a note from an older implementation of the C# track that no longer applies?

For example the following quote mentions manipulating the Skip property, but I’m not seeing the Skip property anywhere in the project.

By default, only one test (the first one) is executed when you run the tests. This is intentional, as it allows you to focus on just making that one test pass. Once it passes, you can enable the next test by removing Skip = "Remove this Skip property to run this test" from the test’s [Fact] or [Theory] attribute.

If you have only done concept exercises (The learning side of things), you would not have encountered them, but the skips are indeed in the practice exercises.

The documentation does seem to need some tender loving care, though.

We can see that reference/implementing-a-concept-exercise.md talks about skips, and references exercises/concept/log-levels/LogLevelsTests.cs as an example to see, but this indeed does not have the skip in it.
