[SOLVED] "Browse Categories" link in header doesn't necessarily go to categories

Expected behavior

Clicking the “Browse Categories” link at the top of the page results in loading a page with a list of categories.

Observed behavior

The link destination is https://forum.exercism.org. So if a user sets their home page to something other than “Categories” in:

Preferences → Interface → Default Home Page

then the page does not have a list of categories.

Potential solution

Consider renaming the “Browse Categories” link to “Forum home” or similar.
