Swift-scheduling: Mismatch between test description and input

Hello, I found a small error in the test case with UUID 0d0b8f6a-1915-46f5-a630-1ff06af9da08 for the swift-scheduling practice exercise.

The description reads: “4M in the ninth month translates to the first workday of the fourth month of next year”, but the meetingStart input date is in November: "2019-11-18T15:15:00".

Seems like a mismatch between the description and the test case implementation.

Perhaps we could update the case description to “4M in the eleventh month translates to the first workday of the fourth month of next year” by reimplementing the test case (similar what we did in cryto square).
