Sync bob: add missing canonical test case

Summary

Closes part of #1022 (configlet sync --test unsynced tests report).

Adds the missing canonical test case for the bob exercise:

  • UUID: 3c954328-86fb-4c71-8961-e18d6a5e2517
  • Description: “shouting a statement containing a question mark”
  • Input: "DO LIONS EAT PEOPLE? AHHHHH."
  • Expected: "Whoa, chill out!"

This case was present in problem-specifications/exercises/bob/canonical-data.json but missing from this track’s bob_test.cpp and .meta/tests.toml.

Changes

  • exercises/practice/bob/bob_test.cpp: added TEST_CASE("shouting_a_statement_containing_a_question_mark", ...), placed alongside the existing statement_containing_question_mark case since both test question-mark handling in non-shouted vs. shouted statements.
  • exercises/practice/bob/.meta/tests.toml: added the corresponding UUID entry with its canonical description.

Verification

No changes were needed to .meta/example.cpp — compiled the example solution against the full updated test suite locally and confirmed all tests pass:

All tests passed (26 assertions in 26 test cases)

(25 pre-existing cases + 1 newly added, all green.)
