[Tic Tac Toe] I broke the webpage

I was working on the Tic Tac Toe exercise, I added one line and the webpage errored, my web explorer says I ran out of memory. has anyone else dealt with this? I have no Idea what happened or how to fix it

Does the page now no longer load if you refresh?

It was not. I had to hit refresh a few times to get it back, and I have no idea what was different about the last refresh from the previous refreshes, but it removed the line that broke the page. Iā€™m not sure if I have to many lines or if the way I was going about the function I was working on was too inefficient . Thank You!
