Track icon bug for tracks without an icon

I’m sure this has been reported before, but:

The “Your recent tracks” in the “learn” dropdown menu shows a broken image for Odin (which does not yet have a track icon) – that image is

The “Your Tracks” icon is

Looks like tracks.html.haml needs to provide an onerror: value like the track_icon method

On an exercise page like Solve Line Up on Exercism, the image for Odin is similarly broken. We probably want to show the Your Tracks icon here as well.
