What applications do you use to help improve your life?

I was looking at some of the tools that I use to help remind me to do different things, like taking a break or transition from one activity to another.

What are some tools you use for improving your life, keeping you on track, or reminding you to step away?

I found Break Down Timer to be a nice way to time slice for various activities.
