Why do tests fail if sqlite supports concat function?

Hello, the tests failed when submitted although locally pass, with the message:

We received the following error when we ran your code:

Parse error near line 3: no such function: concat
  = '' then 'One for you, one for me.'         else concat ('One for ', input, '
                                      error here ---^

This is the solution

update twofer
set
    response = case
        when input is null
        or input = '' then 'One for you, one for me.'
        else concat ('One for ', input, ', one for me.')
    end

However, the internet says sqlite supports concat function:

Testing for this track uses the alpine:3.18 Docker image which, as of May 2025, uses sqlite3 version 3.41.

concat() was added in 3.44.0
