Alignment on /mentoring/testimonials varies with the date field

I don’t want to post a screenshot, but when the table contains durations of varying widths (“15 minutes ago” vs “2 days ago”) then the testimonial snippets are not well aligned (i.e. jagged)

@dem4ron Can we hard code a width on that field pls. “15 minutes ago” +5px is probably about right.
