Is there a status page or chat to see when Exercism is experiencing operational issues? I have a friend who is having problems submitting exercises via the CLI. He is getting a message like “fix your code, or we have a backend problem”, but he isn’t changing his code between attempts, and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t.

Sounds like an odd issue - I suspect it’s that it’s timing out sometimes but not others. Could your friend share the code in question please?
I couldn’t get many details, but I believe the corporate proxy is blocking his request until it can do DLP scans, etc.
