External mentoring request is blocking

Dear Support,
There is an issue with external mentoring requests. It is blocking and cannot be canceled. I have the same problem in two separate cases that cannot be canceled or ended anymore.

I am very happy to receive a feedback so quickly.
I don’t know how long it takes for the change to take effect.
In the case of my two code review requests, the sessions are still open and I cannot end or cancel them.

@oezg I’ve looked at both mentoring requests and they’re both in the “finished by student” status, which means you can’t accept them.
