When viewing a mentoring discussion, it’d be convenient if the page title updated to reference the exercise and track. I often have a few exercises I’m being mentored in that I work on in batches. So I go to the track and create new tabs for each discussion. Then I go back to open additional tabs for the web editor for the corresponding exercise. However, Exercism page titles often just say “Exercism” so they’re hard to tell apart especially if I’m dealing with more than one track’s worth.
