Im trying to install “Exercism CLI Install.exe” and I retrieve this error:

There’s been a new CLI release. It sounds like the installer needs to be updated to match it.

Version 3.2.0 of the CLI has been released

We’ve released version 3.2.0 of the CLI, which contains one new features: A new test command was added, which will allow you to run the tests of a track without having the specify the track-specific testing command (which we do output for debugging purposes).
