I am not able to find out how to submit code

Are you using the CLI or the web UI?

To submit code using the CLI, run exercism submit.

In the Web UI, there should be a “Run Tests” and “Submit” button at the bottom of the window. In order to submit, you need to first run the tests and have them all pass.
