[maintainers] fetch_configlet in repos is outdated

I see that fetch_configlet was updated almost a year ago to recognize ARM machines, but that fix has not been pushed out to all the repos.

Is there a process to trigger that?

This appears to have a codeowners/admin requirement on it for the Python track, and I am unable to merge it.

I was able to merge the PR for Red without bypassing the expected review so the Red track repo’s merge rules should be double-checked.
