Markdown in Approach blurb is not rendered

On the page with F# Hamming approaches a blurb about the «Zip» approach is visible, which reads

Use `Seq.zip` to incrementally calculate the distance

rather than

Use Seq.zip to incrementally calculate the distance

I conclude that probably markdown in general is not rendered here.

I could not find documentation on this, so I’m not sure if this is intended behavior, but I hope it isn’t.

Markdown is not rendered for blurbs.
It is a mistake on my part.

Is this a conscious choice or might it be changed?

It’s a conscious choice as we could end up with invalid HTML as the blurb may appear in links etc.
