OCaml/Meetup: the stub is a complete solution

Hi,

In the ocaml track the meetup exercise provides a complete test-passing solution instead of a stub. This seems like an error, isn’t it?

The stub file was added a long time ago here: meetup: use calendar instead of core by marionebl · Pull Request #342 · exercism/ocaml · GitHub. I don’t think this was intended by the author.
