On the website, only Insiders can use the dark mode toggle, but it’s not clear that there’s an accessibility dark theme within the user settings. Can we surface this information somehow? A mouse-over popup for non-Insiders when they go to click the toggle might be a good idea.
Using @media seems promising for many situations, to honor the users system settings, with an override in case they prefer “not system default” for the site.
Appears to show high adoption for this.
