Proposal: Make resistor-color analyzer conservative for object-literal solutions

I’m proposing a small change to the JavaScript resistor-color analyzer.

Currently, the analyzer attempts to classify object-literal based solutions even when they don’t match the specific patterns it understands, which can lead to misleading or incorrect feedback.

The proposed change makes the analyzer conservative in these cases: if an object-literal access pattern is detected but not clearly understood, the analyzer skips judgment rather than guessing.

This aligns with Exercism’s principle of avoiding misleading feedback when analysis is uncertain.
