The Python Analyzer’s message for [W0621 redefined-outer-name] appears to contain the unparsed markdown “{.title-ref}” in two places:
A common issue is that this message is triggered when using [pytest]{.title-ref} fixtures:

Ugh. These are artifacts left over from porting these files from PyLint’s doc format (I believe it’s RST??) to markdown. There are likely more of these, and I will search through the docs in the analyzer and try to address any more I find.
This may take more than one PR, depending on the amount of changes I need to make.
