config.json | Exercism's Docs should be updated in two locations.

  1. config.json | Exercism's Docs says configlet will support using the files array to populate an exercise’s config.json. It already has for a while I believe.

  2. config.json | Exercism's Docs has an example config, but the example has a float for average_run_time . The example is also not formatted to current specs using configlet.

Probably all the examples for the various config sections should be reformatted with configlet to be safe.
