Recently I did the Say exercise and was a bit confused as to why are there two occurrences of the sentence “The program must also report any values that are out of range.”. One at Step 2 and the second in Step 4. I don’t see any relation as to why should this be mentioned in both of those steps, so in my understanding this information is redundant and I propose to leave it only for Step 4.
