Word-count test cases in R track

None of the test cases include examples of contractions (e.g. we’re is considered as a single word) as described in README.md.

Consequently many of the community solutions submitted would not give the correct output for:

"That's the password: 'PASSWORD 123'!", cried the Special Agent.\nSo I fled.

Thanks for catching this - the instructions / docs for many exercises in the R track have often been updated without reviewing all the tests, and the tests for word-count are way behind the canonical data in the problem specs.

I’ve opened a PR to update the tests for word-count, including what you’ve referenced here.
