[Pig Latin] Typo in the instructions

I found a small typo in the instructions of the Python exercise “Pig Latin”, in section “Rule 3”. I created a pull request on Github.

Python exercises are synced from the problem specs. Changes should occur to the specs then be synced using the configlet sync command.
